The owners of the this 5-star Gold Coast resort have converted almost a third of its rooms into timeshare apartments.

There are now 88 timeshare deluxe guestrooms and one- and two-bedroom suites over 8 floors.

The suites were designed to compliment the hotel's beachside location, giving them a uniquely Australian feel.

Artwork was sourced from local artists and photographers; and all furniture and lighting was custom-designed to suit the different room types.
